Below are some images of the SpiroSafe Mouthpiece (Flow Transducer), the Pressure Tube, optional hand grip and optional nose clip. This should help to find the correct orientation of the mouthpiece during a test and help with the connection of the pressure tube and mouthpiece.
WARNING: Do not obstruct output airflow in ANY way! This is a pressure-based Spirometer so an increase in pressure caused by an obstruction of ANY kind can cause a significant increase in FVC, PEF, FEV1 and all other readings for the test. This will ruin the calculation of the results and repeatability as the software will deem these invalid tests as the best tests.
