If your LEMR services has been deactivated, the LEMR Client software licence will be deactivated as well. This will prevent you from launching tests using the LEMR integration in your Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software.
If you would like to reactivate your LEMR licences, please contact LEMR Support.
If you have already reactivated your LEMR licences, please proceed to sign in to LEMR Client.
When starting a test from your EMR software, LEMR may indicate that there are no LEMR Clients to start the test on. A LEMR Client is a computer where you perform a test.
No licensed LEMR Client devices listed in LEMR Server
This error message is shown because the LEMR Client software is not signed in on any of your LEMR Client devices.
If you have recently reactivated your LEMR licences, please proceed to sign in to LEMR Client.
When starting a new test in your EMR software, the test start prompt in the LEMR Client software does not pop up as expected.
After scheduling a test in Best Practice, the following screen will be displayed:
This screen indicates that the test has been successfully scheduled.
Typically, LEMR Client will now pop up with a dialog to start the scheduled test. However, if LEMR Client is disabled or signed out, the test start prompt will not be shown. This can occur if you've recently reactivated your LEMR licences.
If you have recently reactivated your LEMR licences, please proceed to sign in to LEMR Client.
Need to reactivate LEMR?
Please contact LEMR Support to reactivate your LEMR licence.
If your LEMR licences has recently been reactivated, then you will need to sign in to LEMR Client on each of your testing computers.
1. Open LEMR Client from the desktop, taskbar, or start menu.
2. LEMR Client may show this message indicating that it is not licensed. Press the Retry button to try signing in again.
Is LEMR Client completely signed out?
Please contact LEMR Support to reset your login credentials.
Still not logging in?
You may need to reactivate your LEMR licences. Please contact LEMR Support.
3. LEMR Client should now show the Home screen.
If this screen is shown, you have successfully signed in.
LEMR Client may not be ready to receive tests yet. Please continue to restart LEMR Client to ensure that LEMR will behave properly.
You may instead restart the computer, which will also restart LEMR and ensure that your tests schedule properly.
4. Quit LEMR Client by right-clicking the small LEMR icon in the system tray and selecting Quit.
5. Open LEMR Client again from the desktop, taskbar, or start menu.
LEMR Client should now be ready to receive tests.
